IconCool Editor là một phần mềm chỉnh sửa icon,cursor và web graphic mạnh mẽ. Nó đem lại cho bạn toàn bộ chức năng chỉnh sửa và tạo thành các file định dạng ICO, CUR, ANI, ICL, GIF, JPG, WBMP.
